1. Scope of services
We design and build premium websites — custom design, frontend, content systems and related services (SEO, deployment, ongoing care). We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
2. Inquiry and quote
Contact-form inquiries are non-binding. We deliver a quote within 48 hours and it's valid for 14 days from sending. A binding order only exists once a signed contract or a written confirmation of scope and price is in place.
3. Payment terms
Standard: 50% deposit before work starts, 50% on delivery. For custom projects we can agree on milestone-based payments. Invoice due within 14 days unless otherwise agreed.
4. Intellectual property
Once the total price is paid in full, ownership of source code, design and project content transfers to the client. Open-source libraries we use (Next.js, React, Tailwind, motion) remain under their own licenses. Our own know-how, internal tooling and templates remain property of Titan Systems.
5. Liability
We warrant functionality and performance within the scope agreed in the spec. We're not liable for third-party outages (Vercel, external APIs), damage caused by client edits post-handoff, or lost profits. Maximum damages are capped at the price of the delivered project.
6. Term and termination
The agreement runs until project handoff. Client may terminate at any time — in that case paying for hours worked and real costs to the date of termination. We may terminate for material breach (non-payment, breach of agreed scope).
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Disputes are resolved out of court first. Venue is the competent court at the provider's registered seat.
